Here at Wrist Action Store it is our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. We know that great customer service is the cornerstone that drives our business and we treat our customers the way we would like to be treated ourselves. With so much competition out there, we want to give our customers a reason to keep coming back for more.
We keep it simple
We like to keep things simple and straight-forward. If we ship to a UK address, standard postage is free, it doesn’t get much simpler than that. No minimum spend, no complications.
Shipping to the rest of the world is just as easy, there is one basic charge and that’s it, no complicated calculations, it’s the same small charge whatever country you live in and however many bracelets you order.
We take care
Each and every order and customer is important to us. We pack your order with care and will usually post within one working day.
Standard postage is free to UK addresses and we will choose the delivery method most suited to your order. We mostly use Royal Mail but will occasionally use a courier of our choice. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Sometimes there are delays with the postal service, especially at busy times of the year, this is out of our control and we ask that you be patient and allow sufficient time for your package to arrive.
International orders are sent by Airmail, this can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Again, please be patient and allow time for your package to be delivered.
Please note that Wrist Action Store is not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check any customs rules and regulations, together with any charges, prior to placing an order.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but we realise that on the odd occasion you might want to return a bracelet.
For your peace of mind, we offer a generous no quibble 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. Should you wish to return an item please use the Contact Us page or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. You will be contacted by our Customer Services Team with information on returning your item for a refund.
Your refund will be processed via the payment method originally used (usually PayPal). We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving the returned goods; please allow 2-3 working days for this to show up in your account.
Please note, to receive a refund the bracelet must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and with the original tags.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items. Please make sure proof of posting is obtained and retained until a refund is processed. We are not able to issue refunds on any packages that fail to reach us.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty bracelet please do not dispose of the item but contact us for instructions.
